Local Pickup and Delivery
- As we are a small local business we pride ourselves on the quality and confidence of our deliveries.
If you are local within Metro Victoria or the locations outlined on the map we are able to send out one of our own technicians to hand deliver your fish ensuring their health and safety.
Choosing this option may mean that you need to wait a little longer to receive your fish but you can be guaranteed their safe arrival.
On arrival our technician may also help you get your fish appropriately acclimated to your aquarium for your convenience.
- Please understand that this is only an option for our customers located within certain areas as shown on the map, as we hand deliver these fish.
- For customers located out further east- towards Lakes Entrance- we travel out that way periodically, and so may be able to arrange hand delivery on a schedule. Please contact us to arrange this using the contact us tab.
We highly recommend having a quarantine aquarium for any new fish received to ensure their health before adding to your main aquarium but understand that this isn't an option for most fish keepers.
Pickup
Pickup options are available to any and all customers.
Pickup location is in Warragul, Vic.
This still requires a small $5 fee for the quarantine and care the fish receive before pickup.
If you wish to pickup, please select this at checkout and you will be contacted with an address and time for when your fish will be ready for pickup.
You may choose to pickup your fish from Warragul, if you select this option please understand that fish normally are not available for immediate pickup as all fish are pre-order only and need to be sent from our supplier first then go through health and quarantine checks before they are ready to be picked up.
We are working on developing more pickup locations closer to metro Melbourne soon as well.
